Wattpad Ambassador

I'm an Engineer with a lifelong love for writing. 'Equilibrium' has been taking shape in the back of my mind for years and I'm happy to be giving it life on Wattpad. I'm a long-time fanficer (I'll share my name on AO3 upon request) and this is my first original work. It will either be a duology or a trilogy so stay tuned. My biggest influences are Alexis Hall, K.D. Edwards, Cassandra Clare, Sarah J. Maas, Mackenzi Lee, KJ Charles, and Holly Black. 

I also love Final Fantasy, The Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things,  Arcane League of Legends, The Witcher, Zelda, Parks and Rec, Battlestar Galactica, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I love to dance and go running.

In the world I've imagined, conflict comes primarily along human/elf lines. It gives a break to the reader from the hot-button issues of our world. At the same time, this different perspective reveals parallels between this fantasy world and our reality. People are people, and they can suck, and they can also be an inspiration. 

The Geography and Peoples are loosely based on our world. Imagine, for the temperate Gardenia, if New Jersey and Florida had a baby. Or, if people from NJ lived in California. 

Queer stories have been scarce, or problematic, or tragic, or vaguely hinted at for so long. It's my pleasure to add to the growing library of celebratory literature.
