          Wow, long time no see...
          
          So, it's ONC season and I've taken part every year since 2019 and produced a whole lot of fun entries that I really enjoyed writing. 
          
          This year, I won't be taking part. I've read and reread the prompts and, if I'm being honest, none of them stood out to me. They were either too similar to stories I've written, too specific in their plot or impossible to twist into a historical narrative. 
          
          I had hoped to return to Wattpad for the ONC season, and I'm a little disappointed not to be taking part this year. Unfortunately, that's just the way it's turned out with the prompts. 
          
          I'm still writing, still intend to get through editing Caged, and I'm actively posting over on AO3 these days! I post fanfiction for a show called 9-1-1, so if you've watched it, check me out!

          Other than that, I don't have much to say. It's weird not being active here anymore and it does suck to not be taking part in ONC, but I wish everyone who is participating luck for the contest!

Two announcements across two days? Wow, it's like the old days.
          
          After yesterdays announcements, I've decided to set up another account for all things Goose Reads related including any and all future endeavours and plans. Wow, it's been a while... but I'M NOT DEAD! I'm just not posting or writing much these days.
          
          However, I am here with a question.
          
          After this year's attempt at Goose Reads failed, I thought I might try a little something else in a similar vein.
          
          'Goose Discovers' (working title).
          
          The idea would be to promote undiscovered work on Wattpad in the same way I did Goose Reads - a small review about the story. It would work on a recommendation system where people recommend stories they think deserves some hype.
          
          My question(s) are thus:
          
          What sort of read count would you say is 'undiscovered' on Wattpad?
          
          Would you rather be recommended completed work or ongoing or a mixture?
          
          Is this something you might look at for reading recommendations?
          
          Also!
          
          I was considering setting up a 'Goose Reads' profile rather than using my own account.
          
          Thoughts on that?

Oof, it's been a little while since you last heard from me, but I have some updates!
          
          First things first, I am no longer an Ambassador! After 6 years I've decided to hang up the badge for good. It's been a crazy six years as a part of the programme, but ultimately I've decided it's not for me anymore. I loved my time there, but we move on.
          
          Secondly, Caged has officially been pulled down. The reason? I'm about to start working on my third draft offline since I plan on aiming for traditional publishing at some point. I'll keep you updated with that as time goes on.
          
          And that's about it. There are some other things I need to figure out with Wattpad and what I've posted here along with my Creator status. It's weird not posting on Wattpad or being as active on here anymore after 10 years, but that's just the way it goes.
