What if I made a side story for Artemisia (Gorgeous Blue) where it's just a bunch of short stories of her time with the Strawhats? It'll have moments with the whole crew and with Nami. I'm also thinking of letting people request for certain scenarios. What do you guys think?

Greetings! Just thought i would pop in, say hi, give my compliments to the cgef, so to speak, before promptly going "how does one find the mental effort to write more than an initial idea?" Because seeking advice from a skilled writer such as yourself is the best option i have

@dwarfishgiant Hi! Thanks so much! Sorry for such a late response. I didn't see this message for a hot minute . Honestly, that's a really hard question so I had to think for a minute. My ideas usually center more around the character I am going to write rather than the idea itself. I usually make the character first and then build off of them. What typically helps me is making playlists, keeping detailed notes about that character, and just jotting down ideas that appear in my head randomly. Writing takes a lot of work and motivation, sometimes I don't have the motivation to write so it can be a struggle. I typically just write whenever I feel like writing rather than keeping a schedule. Schedules make it feel like a job rather than something I actually want to do. That's all the answer I can think of giving unfortunately but if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
