Hello community; IMPORTANT INFO INCOMING! Since July 15th of 2024 we have posted a magazine on each important character from HoO. We have consistently hosted multiple mini games, speciality commissioned written works (including one-shots, articles, and character inspired recipes), guest starred senate member’s own works and others outside of the senate, and have brought attention to individual books/characters from the Riordanverse.
Overall it has been a huge project for the senate to take on. One that we are not finished with.
We are, however, discussing bringing it to a pause. Just for a while. Here’s why:
- The senate spends a good majority of our time each month to get these commissions, games, and the entire magazine put together before its publishing date. If we take time off we can tackle different projects we want to get started (SKYFALL; our applyfic, the fanfic workshop, etc., etc.,)
- Like mentioned before, the senate spends a /lot/ of time and effort on our magazines, and yet we don’t get support from the community. Our last magazine, which, to be far, focused on an unliked character, gained very few views from members outside of the senate. We don’t want to spend all our time on something no one cares about losing it!
- The senate is overall getting burnt out on creating and has been late when getting commissions and important parts submitted or pasted. Overall it’s been stressful on everyone.
But to confirm we do not plan on ending the series! We still have many characters/themes to get through, including in order:
1) Leo
2) Frank
3) Reyna
4) Will
5) TV Series
On top of not ending the series the mini games (PJO Trivia Raffle and CHB Scavenger Hunt) will still be hosted, and we will be replacing the New Rome Living Magazines with a different activity.
We hope everyone who is interested in this understands and continues to support us and our decisions, but the admin thinks that this will be the best choice for our current place!

@A_Demigod_Community hello, I discovered your book"Hot Takes" just yesterday and I went through all the topics, and I must say, they are brilliant. I commend you and your partner. HOWEVER, you missed what I believe is the most controversial topic in the PJO fandom. So, do you mind if I share it with you? Before you start thinking,"Dude, this is not the end of the book, calm down", I just wanna say that I know it is probable that this idea may have crossed your mind, but the topic is so controversial that it'd be fun to think on this topic while session break is on.
